Jeremiah 29:12 Then you will call upon Me and go and pray to Me, and I will listen to you. 13, And you will seek Me and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart.

Happy Tuesday morning as we continue this weeks theme, How close are you to God? Understanding where we stand with God is so crucial. The more we seek God, the more we know who God is in our l and the purpose he has for us. The scripture comes today to remind us that the Lord is willing to be with us. The thing that I w focus on about the scripture is the Lord says he will listen to us. For many this is hard to really understand because they don’t believe that God will listen to them, nor will He hear our prayers. The fact is God loves to hear from us because God really loves us. He wants to listen and help. God cares where we are in our lives and how some of us are suffering. The fact is the closer we are to God the more we will realize that being with God truly is an amazing thing. We will see exactly why it is that He loves us so much and wants to sit and listen to the things that are on our hearts. Today let’s get quite before the Lord and share our hearts with Him and give the Lord His time to respond.
